CrawlFAQs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
CrawlFAQs is an AI-powered documentation generator that crawls web applications, captures screenshots, analyzes user interfaces using vision AI, and generates documentation including FAQs, help articles, and tutorials. The Service uses:
To use CrawlFAQs, you must create an account via Supabase Auth using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify CrawlFAQs of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
You agree to use CrawlFAQs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You retain all ownership rights to the documentation generated by CrawlFAQs. CrawlFAQs does not claim ownership of your generated content. However, you grant CrawlFAQs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
CrawlFAQs and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CrawlFAQs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
CrawlFAQs offers both free and paid subscription plans (Pro tier) processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Unused page credits do not roll over between billing periods.
Free tier includes up to 2 projects and 20 pages crawled per month. Pro tier includes unlimited projects and 500 pages crawled per month. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
By using CrawlFAQs, you acknowledge that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAWLFAQS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
CrawlFAQs may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings. Upon account deletion, all associated data, including projects, crawl runs, screenshots, and generated documentation, will be permanently removed from our systems.
CrawlFAQs reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
